The America's Got Talent host fell ill during a familyvacation in Aspen, Colorado in December and he subsequentlyunderwent surgery, reported MTV online.
"I'm feeling good, I'm in the office, I'm grinding, theonly thing that sucks is that I'm on the renal diet. It's allabout healthy living and fuelling your system, but I don't getto eat the things that I like to eat. You've got to stayhydrated and eat fruits and vegetables for breakfast," Cannonsaid.
Cannon was hospitalised two weeks ago with mild kidneyfailure, which he says was due to an overdose of proteinmedication he was taking and a lack of proper sustenance.
"Right now I'm still on the strict diet and I can't haveany sodium, but as a couple of weeks go by and everything getslevelled out, then I can start having low sodium," he added.
