Buddha in a Traffic Jam stars Arunoday Singh, MahiGill, Pallavi Joshi and marks the debut of TV actress AnchalDwivedi, who became a household name after playing Kaveri inSaat Phere.

"The theme of the film is how the youth of today arebeing brainwashed. The film tackles naxalism in a verydifferent way. It has been shot primarily in a leadingbusiness school," Vivek said.

Actor R Madhavan was reportedly set to star in his otherfilm Freedom but the director said that nothing has beenfinalised yet.

"I have finalised the script of Freedom. The script hasundergone a massive change and it has now become bigger thanbefore. I am yet to finalise the star cast. No one has beensigned so far," he said.
