Tron: Legacy star Olivia Wilde has filed for divorce to officially end her eight-year marriage to Italian prince Tao Ruspoli.
The 27-year-old actress lodged the petition this month at the Los Angeles County Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences for the split, reported magazine.
Olivia eloped with guitarist Tao in 2003, when she was just 19, but the pair separated last month. They have no children. Tao's family own the famous Palazzo Ruspoli in Rome.
According to papers, Olivia has asked that the court refuse any spousal support for her husband, but property rights are still to be determined.
Four days before filing, Olivia was spotted sharing brunch and an aquarium outing with actor Ryan Gosling.
