Kajol, who was last seen in the actress-director Renuka Shahane's Netflix film Tribhanga, posted a hilarious boomerang video on Instagram on Friday. In the clip, Kajol can be seen in a blue Odissi dance costume which she wore in a scene of Tribhanga. She is jumping with joy in the video. Reason? Her caption will tell you. Going by the caption, Kajol has come back to India. She wrote, "I'M BAAAAAAAAAACKKK! In all my desi glory #lovemycountry #home #noplacelikehome."
Renuka, who worked with Kajol in Tribhanga, noticed her post and dropped a comment. Renuka welcomed Kajol and wrote, "Welcome home...finally...hahaha...the joy knows no bounds."

According to a Mumbai Mirror report published in 2020, Kajol was staying with her daughter Nysa in Singapore since September last year. Nysa studies in Singapore. However, Kajol's husband Ajay Devgn was staying with their son Yug in Mumbai.
Coming back to Kajol's latest post, her caption is giving us major Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham's vibes. Remember "saare jahan se achcha Hindustan hamara?"
In Tribhanga, Kajol played the role of an Odissi dancer Anuradha Apte. The film also featured Tanvi Azmi and Mithila Palkar. The movie was about a dysfunctional family of three women. Tribhanga was released on Netflix on January 15 this year. It was Renuka Shahane's first Hindi film as a director.
Kajol made her acting debut with the 1992 film Bekhudi. She has worked in several popular movies in Bollywood such as Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Karan Arjun, Pyaar To Hona Hi Tha, Pyaar Kiya Toh Darna Kya among others. She worked with Ajay Devgn in the 2020 film Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior. After this, Kajol worked in a short film titled Devi the same year.
