Megastar Amitabh Bachchan, who was issued a notice by the Supreme Court over tax dues,reacted philosophically to the development, saying "both deathand Income Tax Department are inevitable in life."

"There are two things in life that one will have to face -death and I-T Department. Both are inevitable. In any case Iwill follow the Court's order," Mr Bachchan told reporters hereat the first promo of upcoming film Jolly LLB.
Jolly LLB, directed by Subhash Kapoor of Phas GayaRe Obama fame, is a satire on Indian judiciary system. Thefilm will see Arshad Warsi and Boman Irani playing lawyers.
Mr Bachchan was the chief guest at the event. "I am trulyimpressed with the promo of the film and I really liked it alot. I hope the film achieves great success," he said.
Asked if he ever had a bitter experience with thejudiciary, Big B said, "no not really. I remember when my namecropped up during Bofors case in London...the only weapon Ihad was speaking the truth. We were on the side of truthand we won."
On the last month's gang-rape case in Delhi, the 70-year-old actor said, "We as individuals need to introspect howwe can change ourselves instead of pin-pointing fingers atothers."
