Oprah Winfrey's items will go under the hammer at the Santa Barbara Polo Club and Racquet Club in California on November 2.
Los Angeles:
Media mogul Oprah Winfrey is putting her personal items up for auction in order to raise money for her foundation for young girls in South Africa.
The 59-year-old celebrity talk show host is currently in the midst of re-designing her sprawling Montecito, California mansion, and, in an effort to get rid of some of her belongings, she is giving others a chance to own her personal items, reported Entertainment Wise.
The money raised from the auction will directly benefit the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy Foundation College Fund, a trust set up to give impoverished girls in South Africa a better future.
