Hollywood actor Orlando Bloom hasput his bachelor pad, which he bought in 2007, up for rent atUSD 18,000 a month.
The 'Lord of the Rings' star put his estate in theHollywood Hills up for lease after his model wife Miranda Kerrgave birth to a baby boy earlier this month.
The house built in 1940, is a four-bedroom,three-bathroom property with more than 3,200 square feet ofliving space and has a heavily-landscaped three-quarters of anacre garden, Contactmusic reported.
The house is in the list of one of the propertiesburgled in 2009 by the 'Bling Ring Gang', a group of teenageburglars who in the past has targeted homes of celebritiesincluding Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and Megan Fox.
Though it is not known where the 34-year-old actor andhis wife plan to live as now they have a family, but beforethat they have a daunting task to give a name to their newborn baby.
"They are both absolutely ecstatic. I am beyond happy.They have a list of names and he tells me they are strugglingto choose one," Orlando's mother Sonia Bloom said.
