New Delhi:

The desi representation at this year's Oscars was clearly one of the biggest highlights. From Naatu Naatu and The Elephant Whisperers' big wins to team RRR cheering from the audience, the 95th Academy Awards were a big deal for India. Not to mention the live Naatu Naatu performance by Rahul Sipligunj And Kaala Bhairava, which was introduced by none other than Deepika Padukone. The actress was a vision in a black Louis Vuitton gown and she shared a couple of pictures of her look on Instagram and we spotted a new tattoo on her neck that reads "82°E" (which also happens to be the name of her skincare brand).

When Deepika Padukone appeared on stage, she introduced the track Naatu Naatu like this: "An irresistibly catchy chorus, electrifying beats and killer dance moves to match have made this song a global sensation. It plays during a pivotal scene in 'RRR', a movie about the friendship between real-life Indian revolutionaries Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem. In addition to being sung in Telugu and illustrating the film's anti-colonialist themes, it's also a total banger."
