The trailer of director Nikkhil Advani's television show P.O.W: Bandi Yuddh Ke is out and Twitter just loved it. P.O.W: Bandhi Yuddh Ke stars Purab Kohli, Amrita Puri, Sandhya Mridul and Satyadeep Mishra in lead roles.
The series' plot revolves around two Indian soldiers, who were imprisoned after Kargil war and return home after 17 years. Now, there are trying to reintegrate into the society and detach from their traumatic past. However, some government officials are unconvinced of their patriotism after a psych evaluation and an investigation is launched. The series is inspired by Israeli television show Prisoners of War, which was also adapted into American show Homeland.
Bollywood celebrities praised the show's trailer on Twitter. Satyadeep's ex-wife, actress Aditi Rao Hydari tweeted:
