The film may have had a tepid start but showed considerable growth and brought in Rs 25 crores worth of business by day five.
A visibly pleased Big B was all praises for child actor Parth Bhalerao and was confident that he would sweep the film awards for best actor in the coming year. "Bhoothnath Returns has a unique story and a unique kind of a star cast, it is good for our country and the film industry if such films are successful. I am sure Parth will win the best actor at award ceremonies and I mean best actor, not child actor," Big B told the audience.
