Former Beatles legend Paul Mccartney paid tribute to his new bride Nancy Shevell at their wedding reception by performing a song written in her honour.
The 69-year-old musician married the American heiress in London, and after the registry office ceremony, they hosted a reception in a marquee at the musician's home.
Guests included Rolling Stones star Ronnie Wood and veteran supermodel Twiggy, while superproducer Mark Ronson DJ'd at the party.
Revellers also witnessed a special moment when McCartney took the microphone and performed a new song for his wife, according to the star's brother and best man Mike.
"It was a lovely song that our kid did and they had a lovely dance together. That was a nice little highlight of the evening," Mike said.
Artist Tracy Emin, who also attended the event, said: "(The song was) very beautiful, very romantic, very lovely, the whole night was a warm family event."
