Karisma Kapoor, Jaya Bachchan, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and others were part of a major fam-jam on Thursday, courtesy the birthday party of Nikhil Nanda. Karisma Kapoor's cousin Nikhil Nanda celebrated his birthday at what appears to be his Delhi residence on March 18 and the guest-list was made up of family members only. For the uninitiated, Nikhil Nanda is married to Jaya Bachchan's daughter Shweta. His cousin Karisma was once engaged to Ms Bachchan's son Abhishek. The fam-jam included Nikhil's sister Nitasha Nanda and their cousin Riddhima Kapoor Sahni. Nikhil and Nitasha's mother Ritu Nanda, who died last year, was the sister of Karisma's father Randhir Kapoor and Riddhima's father Rishi Kapoor.

Karisma Kapoor, who flew into Delhi on the eve of Nikhil Nanda's birthday, shared snippets of the birthday celebrations on her Instagram story. Riddhima's husband Bharat Sahni and their daughter Samara were also part of the close-knit party. Riddhima, who is a Delhi-based jewellery designer, also shared a few photos on her part. "Family bonding," Riddhima described a fam-jam moment on Instagram.

In an Instagram post, Karisma also shared an ROFL boomerang video of the fam-jam that she was part of.

Before taking off for Delhi, here's what Karisma Kapoor posted on Instagram. "Finally," she wrote.

Nikhil Nanda and Shweta Bachchan are parents to daughter Navya Naveli and son Agastya. Navya, who is currently in New York, wished her father on his birthday with a priceless throwback. Meanwhile, March 17 marked Shweta Bachchan's birthday, when Navya wished her with an adorable fam-jam post.
