For director Luv Ranjan's 40th birthday, his closest friends from the film industry gathered at his Mumbai residence on Wednesday night. Kartik Aaryan and Nushrratt Bharuccha, who have worked with the filmmaker in Pyaar Ka Punchnama, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety and Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2, were obviously on the guest list. Shraddha Kapoor, who recently worked the director in an untitled film, also starring Ranbir Kapoor, also attended the bash. The guest list at the birthday party also included actors Huma Qureshi, Patralekhaa, Sonali Sehgal, Sunny Singh, Varun Sharma and Manjot Singh. Film producer Bhushan Kumar and music composer Pritam were also pictured at the party.
The theme for the party appeared to be casual and comfy. Shraddha Kapoor and Nushrratt Bharuccha, who were earlier clicked at an award show last night, switched to casual OOTDs for the party - Shraddha in a black t-shirt and pink pair of pants and Nushrratt in a printed co-ord set. Huma Qureshi and Patralekhaa also understood the memo. Kartik Aaryan's pick for the party was a pair of pink pants that he topped with a matching shirt.

Luv Ranjan got married to Alisha Vaid in Agra in February this year. Luv Ranjan is best-known for directing the Pyaar Ka Punchnama series. He also directed the 2018 film Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety which emerged as a hit at the box office. He also produced Ajay Devgn's De De Pyaar De. His next project is a film starring Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor.
