New Delhi:
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have jetted off to the Galápagos Islands to celebrate their engagement.
The couple and their six children Maddox, 10, Pax, nine, Zahara, seven, Shiloh, five and three-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne, arrived by private plane in Baltra, Ecuador yesterday (18.04.12), before boarding a luxury yacht to the exclusive Royal Palm Hotel.
A source in the local mayor's office told People Magazine: "We were informed that they arrived at the airport in Baltra yesterday. Then they made their way over to a villa in the Galápagos Islands."
Brad, 48, is believed to have finally popped the question over Christmas after taking a year to design the perfect engagement ring for his wife-to-be.
A source said: "Angelina cried and smiled."
The children were also overjoyed with their father's proposal, after seven years together, with the source adding: "Everyone hugged once she put the ring on. She went around and showed it to each of the kids. Angie considers herself bonded to Brad for life."
