New Delhi: He is known for making serious movies on socio-political issues, but filmmaker Prakash Jha doesn't rule out making a typical Bollywood potboiler.
"Why not? Why do people think I can't make a masala film? I can, and I might...but not at the moment," Jha, who made a love story called Dil Kya Kare with Ajay Devgn and Kajol, told IANS.
The National Award-winning filmmaker is currently busy gearing up for the release of his next film Aarakshan, about caste-based reservations in the Indian education system.
After Aarakshan, Jha has "two more subjects" in the pipeline. Alas, none are masala entertainers.
