Preity Zinta, whois all set to make her television debut with the GuinnessWorld Records - Ab India Todega, says that the show willprovide Indians a chance to showcase their talent.
"The common man will get a chance to do extraordinaryand uncommon things and break records. I am myself anadventurous person and am very excited to host this show,"Zinta told reporters here today.
The show, which would start from March 18, will also see TV actor Shabbir Ahluwalia as Zinta'sco-host.
"I feel connected with the show as I am into sports andadventure. It would be interesting to see Indians performdifficult feats in order to create records," Ahluwalia said.
The show intends to break over 70 Guinness World recordsincluding pulling the heaviest vehicle by hair, flippingomelette's, swallowing swords and so on.
"There are several reality shows that offer multiplerewards but to be recognised as a Guinness World Record holderis a reward no other show can offer today," Ashwini Yardi,Programming Head of Colors channel said.
The show would be telecast every Friday and Saturdayat 9 pm.
