Singer Prince will be remembered in a special segment at the upcoming Cannes Film Festival 2016.
The film festival, which will be held in Cannes, France in May, is planning a tribute to Prince following his sudden death on Thursday, according to The Hollywood Reporter .
A representative confirmed, "There will be a tribute to Prince, but [we have] no more information right now."
Cannes Film Festival will commence on May 11 and will end on May 22.
Prince, 57, died on Thursday at his home and studio compound in Minnesota.
