Philip Seymour Hoffman's loved oneswill say goodbye to the late Oscar-winning actor in a privatefuneral here.
The Capote star's funeral is set to take place at StIgnatius of Loyola Roman Catholic Church in Manhattan. The46-year-old actor's family and friends, including a number ofhis famous co-stars, will also gather for a private wake atthe nearby Frank E Campbell Funeral home, according to the NewYork Post.
Plans are underway for a memorial service later in themonth, which will also be in New York.
"In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations bemade in Phil's name to two charities that were very close tohis heart: The DreamYard Project and the Christopher and DanaReeve Foundation. The family wishes to thank everyone fortheir continued support and good wishes," Hoffman'srepresentative said.
Hoffman's long-term partner Mimi O'Donnell, whoreportedly kicked him out of their house a few months ago in abid to get him to seek help for their three children, Cooper,10, Tallulah, seven, and Willa, five, was spotted arriving atthe funeral home with the late actor's personal assistant tomake arrangements for the services.
