New Delhi: Is there anything the multi-faceted Priyanka Chopra can't do? Wait, don't answer that - we know there isn't. After her massive success in film and international TV, the actress has produced her first film, the Marathi language Ventilator - and not just produced, she's also contributed to the soundtrack.

Priyanka, who also has a music career running in parallel, has sung a track titled Baba. The plot of Ventilator revolves around a family where a son is faced with the tough decision of taking his unwell father off life support. Hence, Baba is a tribute to fathers. Priyanka, 34, who was very close to her late father, is thus emotionally invested in the rendition. Baba definitely seems to come from her heart with a soulful melody by Rohan, and moving lyrics by Manoj Yadav.

Priyanka, whose musical credits include the singles Exotic and In My City, has sung playback before but never in Marathi. She has previously contributed vocals to the title track of Zoya Akhtar's Dil Dhadakne Do with Farhan Akhtar, Lori in Mary Kom and the Tamil track Ullathai Killathe in Thamizhan.

As for her other projects, Priyanka Chopra will be seen in the film Baywatch alongside Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron which releases in 2017. The second season of her hit ABC series Quantico is running to high ratings.

Ventilator, directed by Rajesh Mapuskar, has been produced under Priyanka's Purple Pebble Pictures. The cast is headlined by Ashutosh Gowariker (who started out as an actor before moving to the director's chair) releases on November 4.
