Mumbai: Actor Raj Kumar Yadav, who will be seen nude in Hansal Mehta's Shahid, is not comfortable with frontal nudity but says he doesn't want to limit himself.
"I can't limit myself but I am not comfortable doing frontal nudity," Raj Kumar said.
Shahid features Raj Kumar as lawyer and human rights activist Shahid Azmi who was killed in 2010 in Mumbai.
"In the film, there was a scene where I have to be nude and being tortured, so I wanted to feel and told the director that I would like to go nude," said the actor.
"There are no terms and conditions as an actor it should be convincing enough for me. I am okay with it if it is strongly part of the script," he added.
The actor, who has done parallel movies like LSD: Love, Sex Aur Dhokha, Ragini MMS and Kai Po Che!, wants to balance both commercial and parallel cinema.
He said: "I want to strike a balance between parallel and commercial films. My concern is to do some sensible films which people will remember even after years."
