Mumbai:
Yesteryear superstar Rajesh Khannawas admitted to the city's Lilavati hospital on Saturday evening dueto weakness, a week after being released from there, sourcesclose to him said.
"He is in the hospital," a hospital source told PTI,without divulging the reason behind the hospitalisation of the69-year-old actor, fondly called 'Kaka'.
However, sources close to the actor told PTI that he wasshifted to hospital due to weakness and Khanna's estrangedwife Dimple Kapadia and daughter Rinkie are with him.
Earlier on June 20, it was reported that Mr Khanna had stopped taking food. But the next day, he emerged at thebalcony of his home 'Aashirwad' in carter road in Bandra andwaved to his fans.
Soon after that, on June 23, he had to be admitted to hospital due to exhaustion and weakness. He was discharged onJuly 8.
Earlier also in the month of April he was admitted toLilavati hospital for three-four days after he complained ofuneasiness and exhaustion.
Khanna had recently appeared in his first TV ad for forHavell's fan, directed by R Balki.
