Shah Rukh Khan's RA.One has been formally 'blessed' by none other than legendary actor, Rajinikanth.
The Thalaivar reportedly dropped by the sets of RA.One, confirmed by none other than Shah Rukh on Twitter.
"RA.One completed today. Rajini sir blessed it. Have tears in my eyes of gratitude and only prayers and love for his whole family. You complete us sir," he tweeted.
Shah Rukh also thanked the Thalaivar's daughter Soundarya, for enabling the visit from the legendary actor. "Misconcepts, misunderstood. Stressed and then Rajini sir walks on sets and you know why God made films. Thanx Soundarya for making are dream com true," SRK tweeted.
There is some speculation that Rajinikanth has a cameo in RA.One as SRK has spoken of a "tribute" to him in the film.
Meanwhile, Rajinikanth's period flick Rana, abandoned due to his ill-health will now resume in December. The film has music by A.R. Rahman and will be directed by K.S. Ravikumar.
The shooting of the film was delayed as the superstar fell ill on the very first day of the shoot in April this year. He is currently recuperating in Chennai after treatment in India and Singapore.
