Rajinikanth too lends support, visits fasting venue

  • The India Against Corruption (IAC) Facebook page says Rajinikanth visited Chennai volunteers of the IAC working on the preparation of the fasting venue at Ragevendra Mandapam, and congratulated them.
  • Earlier this month, Rajinikanth said Anna was his Hero. The IAC had at the time released a statement from the superstar in Chennai.
  • "I wholeheartedly support the IAC movement in their campaign to get the Jan Lokpal Bill legislated in Parliament. I'm very happy that we have a very able and dedicated leader in Anna Hazare to lead the fight against corruption," the superstar, hailed as the Thalaivar by many, said
