Filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani has lauded R Madhavan's performance in Tanu Weds Manu Returns.
The director, who had worked with Madhavan during 3 Idiots, said that he feel Madhavan is one of the most underrated actors.
"Madhavan is one of the most wonderful actors we have. I am happy that he is getting his share of praise. To match up the performance of a fabulous actor like Kangana (Ranaut), in a role that had to be so subdued, it is highly commendable," Rajkumar Hirani said in a statement.
Tanu Weds Manu Returns directed by Aanand L Rai, has been winning hearts of many since its release last week.
