Itcomes as the part of the scene, it is very natural. There aremany points in the film where people will feel they would havebeen good together," he said.
Ayan reveals that before zeroing in on Ranbir andDeepika he had some names in mind, but finally cast the twoactors because they fit the bill.
"A lot has been said about their coming together, during the casting process none of that was in our mind. Wewere trying to find the right actors for the roles.
"We took time as we wanted to be 100 per cent sureabout the casting. I feel both were right choices and I amhappy they agreed to do the film," he added.

The germ of the idea for this film came to Ayan muchbefore his debut as a director happened with Wake up Sid. Hefeels he has grown as a director with the second film.
"I think I have been able to express myself much more, there is openness with Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. And in someways the film is about different facets of life -- friendship, love, etc. I was obsessed to make this film. I am happy I havemade it now," he added.
