Ranbir Kapoor will dance with his childhood crush Madhuri Dixit in a song from his upcoming film Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani.
New Delhi:
Ranbir Kapoor, who has admitted to having a childhood crush on Eighties queen of hearts Madhuri Dixit, now has a special song to look forward to in his new movie.
Ranbir, who danced with the actress on dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 5 where he was promoting his film Barfi!, may get jiggy with her again in Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani.
If rumours are anything to go by, choreographer-turned-director Farah Khan will choreograph Madhuri and Ranbir Kapoor for a number in the Ayan Mukherji directed movie.
Farah will be choreographing the dancing queen after a decade and is thrilled about it. "We have only done romantic numbers in the past. So, there was never too much dancing involved. Madhuri and I are coming together after a long gap (11 years) and it will be the first time I'll make her dance properly. Both of us are thrilled about it. Ranbir and I have always wanted to work together and now we've finally got a chance. He's a very good dancer, so I'm sure this song will be fun," Farah said.
The song is reportedly an out and out dance number, and will allow both Ranbir and Madhuri to showcase their talent.
Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani is slated for a May 31 release and also features Ranbir's ex-flame Deepika Padukone, Aditya Roy Kapur and Kalki Koechlin.
