Ex-flames Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone might not be a couple off screen any more, but the two actors are certainly heating things up on it.
According to latest reports, Ranbir and Deepika will recreate Amitabh Bachchan and Kimi Katkar's hit song Jumma Chumma De De in Ayan Mukherjee's Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani.
The original dance number from 1991's blockbuster movie Hum, directed by late Mukul Anand, became famous for it's beer mug brandishing hero and flouncy red dress wearing heroine.
But can Ranbir better Big B? Rumour suggests he's going to try - by singing the song, at least some part of it, himself. In the original number, singer Sudesh Bhosle sang playback for Big B.And while the new age Jumma Chumma will certainly have a modern spin, we'll have to wait to see what elements from the original make the new cut. Will the beer mugs stay?
