Ranbir lets his hair down for Barfi!

  • The squeaky clean, chocolate-boy version of Ranbir Kapoor who dropped his towel in Saawariya is ancient history. This is the all new Ranbir, as will be seen in new film Barfi!, releasing in September this year.

SRK had a distinctly unflattering curly pate in as Shekhar Subranium in RA.One, a mustache added gravitas to Shahid Kapoor’s Air Force officer in Mausam, and Akshay Kumar not only boasted a luxuriantly hairy moustache, but also a wardrobe of acid brights in the recent Rowdy Rathore.
  • Lastly, a special mention for Aamir Khan, the master of reinvention. Aamir’s been aggressively mustachiod in Mangal Pandey: The Rising, shaven headed and tattooed in Ghajini, and a ’70 style disco dancer complete with exposed hairy chest in Delhi Belly.
  • And he’s doing it again in Talaash, releasing this November.
