New Delhi:
Randy Jackson has hit out at his nephew for taking guardianship of Michael Jackson's children from his mother. (Read: Michael Jackson's mother Katherine loses custody of his children)
He took to his Twitter page to reveal that 82-year-old Katherine Jackson - who it has been claimed is being held against her will in Arizona - told her grandson Trent Jackson aka TJ that she was coming home on July 25, 2012 and pleaded with him not to take the matter to court.
In a series of tweets, Randy wrote:
In court yesterday (July 25, 2012), Judge Beckloff said he wasn't suspending Katherine Jackson because of anything she did but because he is worried "intentional act from third parties", thought to be her children, are stopping her from carrying out her duty of care to the kids.
The new custody arrangement is temporary but the judge has advised TJ to apply to make it permanent.
