Ranveer Singh was travelling to Kolkata to shoot for Ali Abbas Zaffar's Gunday
Mumbai:
Ranveer Singh is notorious for his eccentric behaviour in the industry. But this time apparently the actor threw his trademark tantrums high up above the ground.
Sources say the actor was travelling to Kolkata for Ali Abbas Zaffar's Gunday when he had a bit of a scene with an air hostess.
A source who was watching across the aisle says, "The hostess asked him if he wanted to have vegetarian or non-veg food. Ranveer wasn't sure and asked for some time to decide. Later when he asked for the non-veg fare, the hostess apologised saying it was over. Instead, she offered him the vegetarian option."
All hell broke loose and Ranveer lost his cool. The source adds, "He expressed his displeasure quite openly and told out aloud how he would not accept even water from the flight's staff."
Ranveer apparently sulked throughout the two-hour flight.
Another source hints that since Ranveer is on a strict diet for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Ram Leela, the food served on this flight could have provided him with his only cheat option. But as they say, daane daane pe likha hai khaanewale ka naam! Tch, tch.
