Rashmika Mandanna On Managing Expectations After Pushpa: "Every Film Is Equally Important"

Rashmika Mandanna, who recently made her Bollywood debut with Vikas Bahl's Goodbye, opened up on how she manages the expectations of her fans after the success of Pushpa: The Rise, starring Allu Arjun. The actor also revealed details about the making of Pushpa: The Rule. In an interview with Pinkvilla, when the actor was questioned about feeling pressurised to meet her fans' expectations after Pushpa's massive success, she said, "For me, No. Pushpa was one film which we have done and it has got such good response too. An equally important film of mine is Goodbye. Even this film, I want people to come and watch, love, and relate to. So, for me, every film is equally important and very different. Every film that I do is extremely special to me and I do only those films which are going to be special to me because at least that is in my control."

She even revealed some details about the sequel of Pushpa and said, "It is going to start once Goodbye releases, very soon. It is going to be better this time. Better and Bigger."

Rashmika Mandanna's Goodbye released in theaters on October 7. The film, directed by Vikas Bahl, also stars Amitabh Bachchan and Neena Gupta in the lead roles. It is jointly produced by Balaji Motion Pictures and Good Co.

On the work front, other than Allu Arjun's Pushpa 2, Rashmika Mandanna will also be seen in Shantanu Bagchi's Mission Majnu, starring Sidharth Malhotra, marking her second Bollywood film.
