Rati Agnihotri has filed a complaint for the second time

Bollywood actress Rati Agnihotri has filed a second complaint with Worli police alleging that her husband Anil Virwani threatened her with a knife. (Also Read: Rati Agnihotri Files Domestic Violence Case Against Husband)
When contacted, Rati said, "It is a difficult time I am going through and it is personal would not like to talk."
However, her husband, Anil Virwani, has refuted all charges by his wife. When contacted, Anil said, "I am not in town. Besides, let her make all kinds of charges, but I know truth will prevail."
Speaking about laws, Anil said, "There should be same set of rules for both men and women. A woman can easily cry in public and I don't." (sic)
When asked if the police has summoned him, Anil said, "Nobody has called. Besides, I am not in town."
Rati, who has known Anil for 30 years, had filed a domestic violence case against him the first time last month.
After the incident, she went to her mother's house but returned later.
