Hollywood actor NicolasCage's rock musician son, Weston, has been ordered to stay 100yards away from his fitness trainer Kevin Villegas and hisfamily after they indulged in a public fight.
Earlier this month, Weston, 20, and his ex-girlfriendChristina Fulton, was taken to the Cedars-Sinai Medical Centerin Los Angeles in a gurney after he tried to attack Villegas,who was trying to stop him from ordering a certain food on amenu.
A judge has now decided a restraining order should begranted, reported TMZ online.
It was learnt that the judge, who was from an unknowncourt, has issued the order after Villegas claimed that Westonwas "mentally unstable" and made "threats of violence" to himand his family during the fight.
However some onlookers have claimed that the trainerhad "provoked" Weston into fighting.
"He deliberately provoked Weston. And he wouldn't stopeven though people were telling him to. He (Villegas) couldhave easily subdued Weston," said a source.
