A cursory glance at Rhea Kapoor's social media handles will show you that the producer spent the last few weeks in the company of her sister Sonam Kapoor. Sonam, who is going to be a mother soon, celebrated her birthday as well as her baby shower with her husband Anand Ahuja, sister Rhea and a host of friends in Paris and London. And given that it has been a few days since the celebration ended and Rhea is back in the country, the producer seems to be missing her sister Sonam and the lovely time she spent in London. So, on Wednesday, she shared a bunch of pictures of her time in the United Kingdom.
The photo album of sorts begins with a selfie video of Rhea Kapoor. The producer followed this up with several images of London's landscape and images of large dinner tables full of food.
In the caption, Rhea Kapoor said, “Miss that perfect London Summer light and also Sonam Kapoor.” Cute, isn't it?
Upon returning from London, Rhea Kapoor shared a set of pictures from the birthday party of her sister-in-law Cookie Boolani. In the caption, Rhea said, “No place like it. Back in time for birthdays and extra cuddles. Happy Birthday, Cookie Boolani, the most loving, happy spirit and a blessing of a sister, love you so much.”
Before that, Rhea Kapoor had dropped a series of pictures and videos, most of which revolved around her food adventures in London and Paris. The producer was seen indulging in caviar, champagne, pasta and chocolate mousse, among others. Sharing the pictures, Rhea Kapoor said, “Ufff Paris. Even last minute and for 48 hours you're just over the top enough to make me a romantic again.”
This was preceded by more pictures from Paris. This time, we also got a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower. Rhea's husband Karan Boolani is also seen in the post. “Butter and love, the perfect birthday present for any pregnant lady! Paris with the fam,” Rhea Kapoor said in the caption, referring to Sonam Kapoor.
In another album, Rhea Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor posed for pictures on the streets of London. This was followed by images of an epic meal. In the caption, Rhea said, “ “Rock up to the best meal of the trip like…(So far).”
Sonam Kapoor married Anand Ahuja in May 2018 after dating for several years. Meanwhile, Rhea Kapoor has been married to producer Karan Boolani since 2021. Sonam and Rhea have collaborated on several projects such as Aisha, Khoobsurat and Veere Di Wedding. The sisters also run the apparel brand Rheson, which was launched in 2017.
