Actress Richa Chadha, who plays a cabaret dancer in Pooja Bhatt's Cabaret hopes that people like the her performance in the film.
Cabaret, whose teaser was released recently, is a dance-based film and here for the first time, Richa will be seen in a sensuous role.
"As you can tell from the teaser, it's a dramatic thriller. It's one girl's story of survival against all odds. On top of that, there's a love story and lots of song and dance sequences. "You know I have always done parts that are offbeat. This is my first commercial, somewhat glamorous role. I hope people like this brand new side to me," the Masaan actress added.
Cabaret also stars Hunterrr actor Gulshan Devaiah and cricketer S Sreesanth. The film is scheduled for May release.
