Southern actress Richa Gangopadhyaya, known for her work in films such as Leader, Mirapakaya and Mayakkam Enna, will play second lead in Allu Arjun-starrer Telugu romantic-entertainer Iddarammayilatho, which was officially launched October 17.
"Richa has been roped in as second heroine in the film and the first leg of shooting will begin from first week of November," a source told IANS.
The 26-year-old, who didn't have a single release in 2012, will also share screen space with Amala Paul in the film, which is directed by Puri Jagannadh.
Iddarammayilatho will mark the first time collaboration between Puri, Richa and Amala; Arjun, Richa and Amala; and Puri and Devi Sri Prasad. Prasad has been roped in to compose music for the film.
