Former Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora's representative says accusations made by his ex-girlfriend and business partner Nikki Lund that he assaulted and threatened to kill her are false.
Ms Lund filed a police report alleging assault after Mr Sambora, 55, left for Bora Bora to holiday with ex-wife Heather Locklear and their daughter, reported People magazine.
"There is no truth to her allegations and Sambora will address the accusations when he returns home," the representative said.
Mr Sambora left his current girlfriend, singer-songwriter Orianthi Paraganis, home, the representative said.
