New pictures of a batteredRihanna have leaked online shortly after the restraining orderagainst the R&B star's ex-boyfriend Chris Brown has beenrelaxed.
The previously unseen pictures were taken in the hoursafter the 'Umbrella' hitmaker was assaulted by Brown inFebruary 2009, a website reported.
The photographs, published by the celebrity websiteMediaTakeOut, appear to show the 23-year-old singer withextensive bruising, mainly on her right eye and lips.
The images are the second batch to emerge online andcome shortly after Brown had his restraining order againstRihanna relaxed, which prohibited him from being within 100yards of his ex-girlfriend.
Brown's lawyers had argued that the order was makingit difficult for their client to attend industry events suchas awards shows.
The 21-year-old was convicted of assaulting hisex-girlfriend following the incident shortly before the 2009Grammy Awards.
