
Rihanna blamed her accountants for mismanaging her accounts

R&B star Rihanna claims badfinancial decisions from her accountants caused her to be"effectively bankrupt" in 2009.
The Only Girl in the World hitmaker blamed heraccountants for her fortune dwindling away from USD 11 millionat the beginning of the year to USD 2 million several monthslater, reported TMZ.
According to the documents filed in her grossmismanagement case against the accountancy firm, Berdon LLP,Rihanna said they gave her the go-ahead to buy a house pricedbetween USD 7 and USD 7.5 million, which she did and latersold for at USD 2 million loss.
In the lawsuit, Rihanna also claimed her 2009 Last Girlon Earth tour was losing money but she was never warned ofthis by the accountants.
Berdon had previously claimed Rihanna's own "financialaction or inaction" or those of people working for her causedher to lose money, not their decision-making.
