R&B star Rihanna says she would have bought a house in London if the weather wasn't so bad.
The 24-year-old Umbrella hitmaker admits it would make sense for her to have a base here because she spends so muchtime in UK.
But one thing that stops her house hunting plans is the weather which is just too gloomy for her, reported Daily Star online.
