Riteish Deshmukh and his wife, actress Genelia D'Souza are always up for feeding us with cute and fun Reels whenever they get a chance. Some days, Riteish is drunk in Genelia's love and makes Reels express his feelings with old Bollywood songs. Sometimes, Genelia is expressing her mood through Reels. Recently, their pet golden retriever is entering the centre stage in their Reels. The latest one also features the dog and has a funny twist. The video is special as the couple use it to give a shoutout to Akshay Kumar and Nupur Sanon's music video Filhaal 2.
The video starts with Riteish and Genelia coming close to share a kiss. The camera slowly tracks sideways, goes behind Riteish and shows us the couple from the other side. Only, the couple isn't there; it's just Riteish being lovingly licked by their adorable pooch. When the actor opens his eyes and realises it, he is shocked and gasps at the dog. Then he turns to the camera, shows the number two with his fingers and says, Filhaal 2.
In the caption, Riteish praised the singer and cast of the trending music video and used the hashtag Filhaal 2. That was a quirky way to give a shoutout, wasn't it?
The hashtag was initiated by Akshay only yesterday when he urged fans to give the song an interesting twist and put it on Instagram Reels. He promised to put the best ones on his Stories. Watch his video here:
