Actor Riteish Deshmukh featured in Star Pravah's video, Thank God, Bappa in which he explains how Bappa is great because he is not like us mortals. The Marathi song is unlike any other song for the festival but it sure has a poignant message.
Riteish, 37, sings Thank God, Bappa in Marathi, dancing with children dressed as Ganpati. The song has English subtitles and not much meaning has been lost in translation:
