Riteish-Genelia meet ITBP Jawans

New Delhi: The newly wed Bollywood coupleRiteish Deshmukh and Genelia D'Souza sang Tere Naal Love HoGaya but not to each other but to the Jawans of Indo-TibetanBorder Police Force (ITBP).

The couple, who started their career together eight yearsago with Tujhe Mere Kasam, spent an evening with the Jawansat their battalion camp in the national capital.

Dressed in a green Anarkali suit, 24-year old Geneliaalong with her husband and co-star Riteish sang songs from themovie and dedicated it to the Jawans, who guard the icyheights along country's frontier with China.

Deshmukh who is famous for his comic timings said he feltsmall in front of Jawans. "We are really small in front ofyou. I am too small to even praise you. It's because of youall that we are safe in our country", he said.

"The contribution of Jawans to the nation is great. Yousacrifice your life for the nation. We can only try toentertain you," Deshmukh added.

The lead actors along with the music composers of TereNaal Love Ho Gaya, Sachin-Jigar, were present at the ITBPevent on Wednesday to celebrate the Golden Jubilee year of theborder guarding force.

Raised on 24th October 1962, ITBP with close to 50thousand personnel guards the 3488 kilometre long frontierwith China. It is also the lead force for disaster managementin the Himalyan region.
