Pattinson, 26 and Stewart, 22, whose relationship is goingthrough a rough patch after the actress had a fling withdirector Rupert Sanders, will go for a holiday organised bytheir close friends, reported Sun online.
"His friends knew that it would be good to have time tounwind afterwards. They are just going to drink beer,sight-see, drive, play cards and relax.
"They've even got a campervan so they don't have to thinkabout booking hotels along the way," a source said.The couple have been dating each other ever since they meton the sets of the first installment of the vampire series in2008.
