Robin Williams, beloved star of American comedy who died in an apparent suicide in his California home, was paid an emotional tribute on Twitter by his daughter Zelda.
Zelda, an actress, tweeted a quote from The Little Prince by French author-aviator Antoine de Saint-Exupery, and added a message below:
25-year-old Zelda, who was named after a videogame character, is the daughter of Robin Williams and his second wife Marsha Garces. She celebrated her 25th birthday on July 31 his year, when Mr Williams posted the picture below on his Instagram feed with the caption "Happy Birthday to Ms. Zelda Rae Williams! Quarter of a century old today but always my baby girl. Happy Birthday @zeldawilliams Love you!"

Mr Williams, who was 63 last month, was reportedly suffering from depression. He was the star of films like Good Morning, Vietnam, Dead Poets Society, Aladdin and Mrs Doubtfire and won an Oscar for his role in Good Will Hunting.
