Director Abhishek Kapoor, whoshot to fame with Rock On, will soon be seen wielding themegaphone for Ekta Kapoor.
Abhishek established himself as a director with FarhanAkhtar starrer Rock On, which also earned him awards in theseveral categories including best film, director, debut actorand actress awards.
There is a buzz in B-town that Abhishek will be makingan intense love story for Ekta Kapoor's home production BalajiMotion Pictures.
"Yes he (Abhishek Kapoor) would be directing a filmfor us. But it is too early to talk about anything. Things areat a nascent stage, nothing has been finalised yet as to whatproject it will be. Both the parties are keen on working witheach other," Balaji Motion Pictures CEO Tanuj Garg told PTI.
Tanuj refused to divulge details about the project.Abhishek, who has adapted Chetan Bhagat's book 3Mistakes of My Life for his big screen venture Kai Po Che,is presently giving final touches to the film.
The film stars Sushant Singh Rajput of popular TVserial Pavitra Rishta, Love Sex and Dhokha actor Raj KumarYadav, TV actor Amit Sadh and Aisha film actress AmritaPuri.
A sports film, Kai Po Che is set to release inJanuary next year.
