The makers of Akshay Kumar-starrer Rowdy Rathore may come up with a sequel to the just-released action film.
Akshay's `rowdy' avatar has become an instant hit withthe fans and has kept the cash registers ringing at the box-office.
The film has joined the Rs 100-crore business club.And, inspired by its roaring success, the makers are planninga sequel.

"As of now, we want to celebrate success. Be it sequelor prequel, we want to sit down and discuss. Sanjay LeelaBhansali, Akshay Kumar, Prabhu Deva...we all will sit togetherand decide," the film's producer Siddharth Roy Kapoor toldreporters last night.
Sanjay Leela Bhansali, one of the producers of RowdyRathore, said "We are definitely thinking about a sequel."
Asked to react on filmmaker Vidhu Vinod Chopra'srecent comment about "rubbish films" making Rs 100 crore,Bhansali said, "He (Chopra) is my mentor. If he has saidsomething like this, then I am happy."
Directed by Prabhu Deva, Rowdy Rathore, a remake ofthe 2006 Telugu hit Vikramarkudu, marked Akshay's comebackto action films after seven years.
"People must be happy and that is what really matters.I will continue making action films. Within one or two weekthe announcement (about sequel) will come from productionhouse," Prabhu Deva said.
