Russell Brand, Danny Boyle Teaming Up For Football Movie?
Funnyman Russell Brand and filmmaker Danny Boyle are teaming up together for a football-based film as they are both big fans of each other.

The British comedian and the Oscar-winning director, who support English clubs West Ham United and Bury respectively, spoke to each other at the Vanity Fair Academy Awards party on Sunday and said they would love to work together on a sports-based project, reported Sun online.

"Russell told Danny what a fan of his work he is, Danny admitted he's a fan of Russell's stand-up and they talked about working together.

"They'd love to make a film about football. Danny's secret wish is to film '365 Days In The Life Of Bury FC'. Russ loved that," said a source.

Brand's acting career has really taken off in recent years - as well as starring in a remake of 'Arthur' alongside Dame Helen Mirren, he has also been linked with a role in musical 'Rock of Ages'.

Boyle's latest film '127 Hours' was nominated for Best Picture at this year's Oscars, although lost out to 'The King's Speech'.
