Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan, who made his debut at the 64th Cannes film festival this year, is caught in controversy over his reported remarks on Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
Saif, who walked the red carpet as the ambassador of Chivas, allegedly said, "She (Ash) is a pretty face," in reply to a question about Ash being a regular at Cannes.
This has created quite a stir with media reports suggesting that the actor feels Ash is just a 'pretty face' sans talent!
However, Saif has said he is shocked and that his quote has been misinterpreted and taken out of context.
Ash has completed a decade at Cannes and this year besides Ash, we saw a bevy of Indian celebrities including Mallika Sherawat, Sonam Kapoor, Minissha Lamba and Saif Ali Khan at Cannes.
