New Delhi: Salman Khan shares a very strong bond with his fans, so when it came to promoting the first song of Ek Tha Tiger, the actor chose the people who interact with his fans almost every Friday - the ushers. (Read: Ek Tha Tiger not anti-Pakistan, assures director Kabir Khan)
The new song, which is releasing on July 12, 2012, will be exclusively screened for the ushers of a single screen theater.
This, however, isn't the first time that Salman Khan has used the common man to promote his film. Earlier for the promotions of Bodyguard, he used his own bodyguard Shera to promote the movie.
While we don't know whether his latest move will help usher in the audience, it is an idea that has been put to good use in the past. (First look: Salman Khan in Ek Tha Tiger)
During the release of Ghajini, the ushers of a popular cinema hall had gone bald to promote Aamir Khan's character in the movie.
And while the ushers won't have to lose their hair for Salman Khan, let's hope they don't lose their reputation of speaking the truth when it comes to the quality of films. (Pics: Salman hearts Katrina in Ek Tha Tiger)
